What do I need for a quote?
Your collection and delivery locations, a description of the items, the number of parcels and their approximate weight and dimensions. Let us know whether you would like air freight, sea freight or help choosing.
Can I send from the UK to Ghana?
Yes. Air and sea shipping, including door-to-door services, are available in both directions between Ghana and the UK. Contact the team to agree the arrangements for your shipment.
How does door-to-door shipping work?
Share the collection and delivery addresses and your parcel details. The team will confirm coverage, the shipping mode, collection and delivery arrangements, and the quote. These arrangements are agreed for your route; the five-step Accra drop-off process describes the Ghana-to-UK service.
How will I receive my Ghana-to-UK parcel?
For the published Accra drop-off service, you can collect from the UK warehouse or arrange postal delivery for a fee. Door-to-door collection and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately with the team.
Can I send food or commercial goods?
Please describe the exact products and quantities so the team can confirm acceptance and any preparation requirements before you send them.
